Jeff S.
Grenier
President and Firm Owner
As President of Allied Court Reporters, Inc.
and having worked with the firm for over 30
years, Jeff’s extensive knowledge of
industry trends and his personal approach to
clients has yielded a respected reputation
across the nation. From streamlining inside
operations to developing new ways to assist
Allied’s clients, Jeff secures the firm’s
position as a “Trailblazer” in the industry,
particularly in the areas of technology and
quality services. Jeff’s resume highlights
include attending Court Reporting School and
joining the ranks of a few firm owners to
earn the distinction of Certified Manager of
Reporting Services (CMRS); a certification
received in August of 1998 from the NCRA.
Jeff, together with the Allied team, will
continue Allied’s commitment to quality and
offer the very best services available to
the entire legal community.

Elaine
Piccirilli
Consultant
Founder of Allied in the 60’s, Elaine has
been a leader in the Court Reporting field
for five decades. She recently received the
very prestigious Fellowship award from NCRA
making her the very first person in RI to
ever receive this coveted distinction.
Elaine retired from Allied in January 2000,
but continues to serve as a consultant for
the firm and an advocate for CART throughout
the region.

Lepore
Scheduling Manager & Collection Analyst
A seasoned veteran at this point having been
with Allied for close to a decade, Diane
brings her high energy personality and
zealous approach when interacting with
Allied’s clients. Diane’s hospitality and
efficiency is sure to make each experience
with Allied seamless from start to finish.
Driven by the goal to exceed client
expectations, Diane can get the job done
with a smile and flavor only she can
deliver.

Teri-Lee
Burnham
Billing Manager & Technology Support
Teri’s family lineage has strong ties to the
Court Reporting field and prompted her
career at Allied in 2001. If a client’s
needs are technology driven, then Teri is
the one for the job. She is always up to a
challenge to find a solution to make a
client’s job easier. Her ability to analyze
a situation and devise a solution at those
critical points ensures our clients the
comfort of knowing they have chosen the best
firm to partner with when working with
Allied.

Diana
Bonfilio
Billing & Production
Working to make sure your transcripts are
done in a timely and efficient manner, Diana
brings to the table a warm, calm, mature
approach to our group. When things get
chaotic, Diana is always there with a steady
energy, making those under pressure times
seem more manageable. Document Management is
her specialty! She is also fluent in both
English and Spanish, which is a valuable
asset both internally and externally when
working in this field.

Lori Brown
Production
Our newest addition to the Allied family is
Lori Brown, who is rapidly learning about
our profession. Lori’s skill set makes her a
welcomed complement to our team. She
continually strives to prepare each client’s
request with great care and accuracy,
thereby making Lori an integral part of the
production, billing and mailing department.
